Downloading Problems

Is it just my dumb computer, or is anyone else having issues downloading deviations? I managed to download one picture, then I tried to do another one and it wouldn't let me. Then I downloaded a different picture and it didn't show up in my gallery, so I tried to submit it again, and it wouldn't let me... just wanted to see if anyone else was having problems, or if it's just me. :)
